Larger gyms can be overly crowded, impersonal and intimidating and are generally not focused on personal results. Here at Oxygen we are!

Oxygen Lifestyle & Fitness Management offer a wide range of health, well-being and fitness based training services, including:

All personal training is by appointment only with one of our fully qualified and highly motivated staff members.

Sessions are conducted within our air-conditioned and fully private facility. Each session lasts for 30 or 60 minutes depending on your needs, wants or goals.
